Lisa Sun, 18 years old. Banteay Srei wants to say Thank you for letting us experience Markethall. Juliana gave us a great tour. We’ve tasted all types of food such as their yummy Brazilian bread & the great taste of Salami. Also, different kinds of fruits. I’ve learned the process of Cheese making, its a very interesting story. One thing that stood out the most was The delicious fish balls they served us, very tasty and it has good scents of lemon grass. I appreciate this opportunity.

Lillian Sin, 13 years old. On September 26, 2013 my program, banteay srei, went on a healthy field trip to the Market Hall. It was totally incredible. We got to try fresh foods. Food that was 100% organic. We tried so many things. We tried cheese, olive oil, cheese with olive oil, fish balls, salami and different kind of fruits. To me the best was the salami. I learned that it takes 90 days for the pork to dry up. It was a real honor to go to the produce section and try different fruits. Thank you so much.
