Leilani Prak

Leilani Prak is currently a student at the University of California, Berkeley pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and minoring in Asian American and Asian Diaspora Studies. Her future career goals are motivated by her passion to help heal, motivate, and grow community amongst young adults a part of the Asian American and Pacific Islander groups while also exploring and learning from others about her own culture. Leilani’s ongoing journey with Banteay Srei started in the Spring of 2021 designing fun flyers, creating Anti-Tobacco media, and attending various events that have helped her become rooted in the Oakland community and truly understand the meaning of sisterhood. During her spare time she enjoys trying various local food spots in the Bay Area as well as spending time exploring the city and nature with her loved ones.
