Lea Akima

Lea (Lay-uh) first worked at Banteay Srei over the summer in 2018 and was met with an environment of safety, strength, and care, which is why they’re back in 2023 as a Spring Consultant! Lea hopes to be able to give back everything this space has given them and much more.
Lea is a UC Berkeley graduate with a major in Sociology and minor in Theatre and Performance Studies. In their free time, Lea likes to spend time with family (especially their dog Bumi), listen to podcasts, play Valorant, and sing notes that are way too high.
