Audrey Inouye
Audrey is fourth generation Korean/Japanese American who grew up in both Southern and Northern California, as well as Pennsylvania. She feels a deep connection to her ancestors and believes it’s important to honor our cultural traditions and practices as they are becoming more forgotten. In her journey through Asian and holistic healing practices and spirituality, she has developed a healthier relationship to self that she hopes to extend to others.
Audrey completed her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine at Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley where she was opened up to the life-changing power of natural medicine and energy work. Prior to this, Audrey received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Irvine. Through the knowledge she has acquired from both her Eastern and Western studies, she works to help bring balance to the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health within her clients.
In Japanese, the word ‘ai’ means ‘love’, which represents one of the most essential elements in the path to healing, through the act of giving and receiving love to self and others.
