Olivia Mendoza

Olivia is a San Francisco Bay Area native and proud alumna of Stanford and UCSF. Her academic interests and previous research lie at the intersection of brain and behavior, with a focus on global health outcomes in communities affected by war and violence. Of Chinese-Filipino heritage and an older sister at heart, Olivia grew up as a competitive Polynesian (Hawaiian and Tahitian) dancer. When she’s not learning, working, or volunteering, she loves spending time cuddling with her puppy brother, Pogi.
